Child Safety Standards

Arrival Go – Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Designated contact: support@arrivalgo.com

1. Policy Rationale

Arrival Go has zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that sexually exploits or endangers children. If we discover—or are notified of—child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or grooming activity, we will:

  1. Remove the content or account immediately, and

  2. Report the incident to the appropriate authority (e.g., NCMEC or Cybertip.ca) in line with applicable laws.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
  • CSAM: Any depiction (real, AI-generated, or artistic) of a minor in sexual activities or nudity.

  • Solicitation or grooming: Attempts to obtain sexual material from, or arrange sexual activity with, a minor.

  • Sexualised imagery of minors: Content that focuses on a child’s sexual attributes, fetish elements, or suggestive poses.

  • Glorification or encouragement of child exploitation or abuse.

  • Mocking or identifying victims of child sexual exploitation.

3. How Users Can Report
  • In-app: Go to Profile → Support → Feedback & Request and select “Safety Issue” as the issue type.

  • Email: Send details—including screenshots or links—to support@arrivalgo.com.

All child-safety reports are prioritised for internal review. While we do not guarantee a specific response time, we act as quickly as possible to investigate, remove content, and contact law-enforcement when required.

4. Enforcement & Cooperation
  • Immediate removal: Content or accounts that violate this policy are taken down without prior warning.

  • Account actions: Users involved in CSAM or grooming receive a permanent ban; repeat offenders may be device-blocked.

  • Legal obligations: We preserve relevant data when legally required and cooperate fully with law-enforcement investigations.

5. Commitment to Ongoing Safety

We periodically review these standards and our internal processes to keep pace with evolving threats and best practices. Feedback from users, safety organisations, and regulators helps us improve our approach.

Arrival Go is committed to protecting children and complying with all relevant child-safety laws. For questions about this policy, please email support@arrivalgo.com.
